What is your training program for video shoppers?

Mind Gym, Inc is responsible for their education, training, and certification. Video Shoppers earn their Video Industry Certification only after displaying minimum levels of competency both in the classroom and in the field. Each industry requires a separate certification. They must prove themselves prior to their first paid assignment. Individual films are quality controlled on site as well as during the editing process against our predetermined criteria for our "usable / acceptable" shop.

Who are they?

We have a screened / professional select team. In-house trained video shoppers available for travel. Male, female, and couples of various ages. Qualified for written reports as well.

What would a shop cost? 

A full service visit typically will cost $ 100 - $350** + sometimes reimbursement of expenses (max amount pre-set) incurred to perform shop.  *price based on a minimum of visits per month. ** Prices can vary depending on location and special requirements, quantity, and frequency.

What would the turnaround be?

 Typically 7 - 9  days after shop completed depending on client's desire for fresh information vs. desire to save a few bucks in shipping. Faster delivery available upon request.

Is there an editing process?

Yes. Our unique double quality control system combined with editing occurs as the  film is converted to a standard VHS tape  or DVD-R format . Labeling standard with Time Stamp and Title page options available.
